  • Industry News and Trends Analysis
  • Internal Interface Between Front-and-Back Ends
  • CRM Ownership and Development
  • Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Job Summation:

As the Sales and Marketing Enablement Manager, your role is pivotal in advancing our success in the horticulture industry. With a focus on revenue analysis, you contribute significantly to heightened client satisfaction, improved sales performance, and overall company growth in the specialized field of horticulture. Through strategic oversight of sales training, client interfacing, systems optimization, internal/external marketing coordination, event planning, competitive intelligence, industry trends analysis, internal interfaces, CRM ownership, SOP development, and a meticulous methodology, you ensure that our initiatives are not only impactful but also aligned with our revenue objectives and uphold the highest standards of precision and detail throughout the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture Science, Agronomy, Business or equivalent
  • Must have 10+ years of relevant horticultural working experience, preferably in sales/customer relations management in controlled growing environments 
  • Required in-depth technical horticultural lighting knowledge
  • In-depth knowledge of horticulture industry trends, challenges, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of building productive, trust-based relationships with customers across a range of roles in production, growing, operations and pest management
  • Ability to work in complex customer settings with multiple stakeholders and competing needs
  • Skilled in working collaboratively as part of a team to serve the needs of the customer
  • Able to advocate for the customer internally and represent the voice of the customer
  • Works with urgency and has enthusiasm about Grow Rebates products and customers success
  • Holds themselves accountable to all stakeholders
  • Always act with integrity to be a brand ambassador for Grow Rebates
  • Ability to be honest and transparent with the customer particularly when having difficult conversations 
  • Ability to travel at least 25%, located near a major airport in region
